A graduate of the University of the West Indies, Mona, with a Master’s in Nursing Education and certification in Emergency Nursing and Wound Care. Jodian has taught and supervised students across Jamaica and St. Kitts. Her work has been featured in international journals, and her expertise spans wound care, emergency nursing, curriculum design, and leadership in nursing education.
Beyond academia, she is actively involved in community health, serving as a Nurse Consultant and leadership mentor. Through CNC, Jodian continues to empower nurses and promote quality healthcare across the Caribbean.

I start with gratefulness, a quiet devotion, and then I ask Alexa to read The Secret.
Stewed peas with white rice, avocado, and fried plantain. And definitely jerk pork with rice and peas!

I’m definitely a coffee person. Brewed at home, with my French vanilla creamer and almond/oat milk. No sugar.
